Do Liberty Fields have toilet facilities?
No, we currently do not have toilet facilities onsite.
Are there facilities for wet weather?
There are field shelters, in each field, to shelter from the rain and watch your dog/s play securely. The fields may be very wet and muddy.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Before booking please note that once your booking is complete we are unable to refund you. Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the booking time commences, with an option to re-book your time immediately. Should a cancellation be required within 2 hours of the booking time (due to exceptional circumstances) please contact the team direct to discuss.
Is there a maximum number of dogs I can bring, in any one session?
You can only bring the number of dogs processed during the booking.
Can I bring more than 6 dogs at once?
Please contact us at info@libertyfieldsltd.co.uk for bigger group bookings.
Can I bring a group of dogs within one booking session?
If you have booked more than one dog in one session, these dogs must be ‘friends’ though they don’t need to be from the same household. You can only bring the number of dogs you have booked for. Liberty Fields Ltd is not liable for any injuries caused by unfriendly dogs or dog owners.
Can I book more than one booking session at once?
Yes, you can book multiple sessions so long as the field/s have availability.
What if I find the field/facilities damaged upon arrival?
Please immediately contact us at info@libertyfieldsltd.co.uk with photographic evidence of the damage. This is to avoid any resulting reparation payments being charged to you.
